Overview
Your Psyke subscription controls how many pages you can publish, how many campaigns you can run simultaneously, and how many team members can access your workspace. This article explains everything you need to know about managing your plan.
Plans Available
Psyke offers four plans:
Free (Starter) – Forever free. Publish up to 25 pages per campaign, run 1 live campaign at a time, with 1 workspace and 1 account. Pages include a Psyke watermark.
Standard ($149/month, or $119/month billed annually) – Up to 100 pages per campaign, 1 live campaign per month, 1 workspace, and 3 accounts. No watermark.
Pro ($849/month, or $650/month billed annually) – Up to 200 pages per campaign, unlimited live campaigns, unlimited workspaces, and unlimited accounts. No watermark. Comes with a 30-day free trial.

Starting a Free Trial
The Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial. To start it, log in at ai.psyke.co/login, go to Settings → Subscription, and select the Pro plan. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Log in to your Psyke account.
Click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings → Subscription.
Choose the plan you want and click Upgrade or Change Plan.
Enter your payment details if prompted, then confirm.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then.
Viewing Invoices
To download your invoices, go to Settings → Billing. All past invoices are listed there and can be downloaded as PDFs for your records.
Updating Your Credit Card
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click Update Payment Method.
Enter your new card details and save.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription and click Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. After cancellation your account reverts to the Free plan. Your pages and campaigns remain saved as drafts.
Requesting a Refund
Psyke offers a 60-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. To request a refund, contact the support team via the chat widget or at psyke.co/contact-us. Include your account email and the reason for the request.
