Can I try Psyke for free?

Yes. The Free (Starter) plan is available forever at no cost. It lets you publish up to 25 pages per campaign and run 1 live campaign at a time. The Pro plan also includes a 30-day free trial.

What happens to my pages if I downgrade or cancel?

Your campaigns and pages are saved as drafts. If you downgrade to the Free plan, any live campaigns over the free plan's limits will be paused. Your data is not deleted. You can reactivate campaigns by upgrading again.

Does Psyke offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Psyke offers a 60-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. Contact support to request a refund.

Can I have multiple users on one account?

Yes. The Standard plan includes up to 3 accounts, and the Pro plan includes unlimited accounts. You can invite team members and assign them roles in Settings → Team.

Pages and Campaigns

How many pages can I publish?

This depends on your plan: Free (25 pages/campaign), Standard (100 pages/campaign), Pro (200 pages/campaign). The Psyke For You service offers thousands of pages.

How long does it take for pages to appear in Google?

After publishing, it typically takes Google between a few days and a few weeks to discover and index your pages. Submitting your sitemap in Google Search Console can speed this up.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. All paid plans allow you to host pages on your own domain via a subdomain or subfolder (reverse proxy). The free plan includes a Psyke watermark and is hosted on a Psyke subdomain.

What is the Psyke watermark?

On the Free plan, a small "Powered by Psyke" badge appears on your published pages. This is removed on all paid plans.

SEO and Performance

How quickly will I see SEO results?

Most users see initial impressions within days of publishing and meaningful traffic within 6 weeks. This varies based on the competitiveness of your keywords and your domain authority.

Does Psyke guarantee rankings?

No. Search rankings depend on many factors including Google's algorithms, competition, and your domain authority. Psyke gives you the best possible starting point, but rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Can I edit the AI-generated content?

Yes. All content generated by Psyke can be fully edited in the page editor. We encourage you to review and refine content before publishing.
