Exporting Pages and Data When Leaving Psyke

Overview

If you decide to move to a different platform or need to back up your work, Psyke provides ways to export your content and redirect your traffic. This article walks you through the process.

Exporting Page Content

  1. In your Psyke dashboard, open the campaign you want to export.

  2. Click the Export button in the campaign settings.

  3. Choose your export format β€” HTML files (for self-hosting), or JSON (for importing into another system).

  4. Download the exported files to your computer.

Exported HTML files contain the full page markup, which you can host on any standard web server or publish through another CMS.

Exporting Images and Media

To download images used in your campaigns:

  1. Go to Media Library in your Psyke dashboard.

  2. Select the images you want to download.

  3. Click Download Selected to save them to your computer.

Exporting Datasets

If you use datasets and variables:

  1. Go to Datasets in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the dataset you want to export.

  3. Click Export as CSV.

Exporting Lead / Form Submissions

  1. Go to your campaign and click Leads.

  2. Click Export CSV to download all submissions.

Redirecting Traffic After Leaving

If your Psyke pages have built up organic traffic, it is important to redirect visitors to your new pages after you take the Psyke pages down. Set up 301 redirects from your old Psyke page URLs to your new URLs. This preserves as much SEO value as possible.

Redirects can be set up in your DNS provider, web server configuration (NGINX or Apache), or through tools like Cloudflare Page Rules.

Removing Psyke Scripts

If you had added the Psyke tracking script or GTM container to your main website, remove those script tags from your site's HTML or from your GTM container after you stop using Psyke.

Data Deletion

When you cancel your account, your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to return. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. If you require immediate deletion, contact support at [email protected].
