Who Owns the Content Created with Psyke?
You own the content you create and publish using Psyke. This includes pages, text, images you upload, and datasets you provide. Psyke does not claim any ownership over your content.
AI-Generated Content
The pages Psyke generates using AI are created on your behalf and for your use. Once generated and published, you retain full rights to use, modify, republish, or repurpose that content outside of Psyke. You may use the content for any legal purpose consistent with Psyke's Terms of Service.
What Happens to Your Content When Your Subscription Ends
During a downgrade β Your content is saved as drafts. You retain access to it and can reactivate or export it at any time.
After cancellation β Your content remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is permanently deleted from Psyke's servers. We strongly recommend exporting your content before cancelling (see Exporting Pages and Data When Leaving Psyke).
Psyke's Rights to Your Content
Psyke does not sell, share, or use your content to train AI models without your explicit permission. Our use of your data is limited to operating and improving the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Content and Copyright
When using Psyke, you are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or include on your pages β such as images, logos, or text from other sources β does not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks. Psyke provides AI-generated text based on general knowledge; it is your responsibility to verify that the published content is accurate and does not reproduce protected material without permission.
Reusing AI-Generated Content Outside Psyke
You are free to copy, repurpose, and publish your Psyke-generated content on your own website, social media, documents, or other channels. There is no restriction on how you use the content you have created.
